The challenge in this project was to beat several collection websites that gathered all musicals for children on their website and SEO optimized it. They had a head start and claimed the number one spot on several important keywords. The challenge was to take over those positions.
Just by watching the competitors backlink profile we knew which path to walk first. We increased the amount of information on the site in order to increase discoverability and the value of deep linked pages. This, in combination with some strong relevant backlinks, brought many new visitors to the website.
This increased indexed pages resulted in a 500% increase in traffic. Now we’re getting somewhere.
SEO consult Group put the usual 110% into this partnership. We added display advertising, remarketing and Google AdWords to the package. As a result, we are still their online marketing partner to this day.
By following the right link and content strategy and deciding which keywords mattered the most, we booked more successes each season. When we compare the season of 2016 to 2017 we booked:
